We are looking for a qualified and talented individual for the position of Senior / Manager Service - Elevators Division to be based at Regional Office, Lahore.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise installation , commissioning & maintenance of Elevators/ Escalators at sites and ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs as per company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Giving advice and support to technical service teams for timely and efficient installation, commissioning , servicing and execution of maintenance jobs of Elevators / Escalators.
- Handling customer related issues in professional and highly efficient manner. Proactively support the technical service teams for providing timely, accurate and efficient after sales service to the clients.
- Reviews and organize all ongoing Operations & Maintenance Contracts and their timely renewal.
- Generating Elevators Service Dept. revenue through sales of spares and acquiring maintenance jobs/ contracts.
Education Required :
BSC- Mechanical / Electrical
Experience Required :
8–12 years technical & after sales support experience of Elevators/ Escalators.
