Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative tasks of the rental equipment business, including inventory management, invoicing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Conduct inspections of clients' sites to ensure proper equipment placement and usage
  • Purchase necessary tools and equipment from the market as needed
  • Coordinate with the rental team to ensure that equipment is delivered and picked up on time
  • Manage team of on field staff and labour. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Decent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word & excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
