1. Strong knowledge and understanding of curriculum development, assessment practices, and pedagogical approaches.
2. Experience in designing exam papers and assessments for educational institutions
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training sessions and workshops.
4. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources
7. Familiarity with educational standards and policies
Salary: 35k to 45k
