We are looking for a "Real Estate Agent" who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate and wants to stand out of the crowd and do something different to be an image of their own rather than just working for others.
Responsibilities
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Skills Required:-
- Good knowledge of business development
- Familiarity with CRM
- Solid understanding of cold calling
- Good knowledge of direct sales
- Understanding principles of closing skills
- Understanding principles of managing local sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling Commercial properties will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
