Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design Review:

Assist in project planning, design review, and implementation to ensure project objectives are met.

Construction Supervision:
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with authorized specifications and regulatory requirements.

Bill of Quantities & Estimates:

Site Visits & Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and provide technical guidance.

Documentation & Record Management:

Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including technical records and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and PEC Registration.
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience in construction and supervision.

Experience:

2 years of experience in construction and supervision for candidates with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Diploma holders require a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field.

Key Skills:

Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, project planning, and construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera P6, and MS Office software.
Knowledge of ETABS, SAP, and Safe is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of building regulations, codes, and standards.
