Call Center Agent / Dispatcher - USA

We are a 'Trucking Dispatch' company based in Bahria Town Lahore. We provide Dispatch services to clients based in the US. We pride ourselves to being innovative and also in the care we provide to our valuable Clients. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are increasing our workforce in various positions.

We are immediately looking for experienced Dispatchers to become part of our growing team. Below is a non-exhaustive list of duties you will be performing:

Searching for suitable loads on various load boards tailored as per our Client's needs.
Coordinating with the Client, Broker, and Drivers from pickup to delivery
Maintaining all paperwork and records such as rate confirmations, BOLs, routes that will later be used for invoice purposes, and records in general.
Onboarding Clients with new Brokerages
Filling out various digital forms on behalf of the Client
Negotiating and finalizing loads with Brokers on behalf of our Clients
Providing assistance to the Client wherever necessary
Liaising with the client's Factoring company if necessary
Quick resolving of any issues that may arise due to unexpected load cancellation or change in delivery schedule
Co-ordinating with team members & senior management
Maintaining your diary to keep track of successful load
Other ad hoc duties as instructed by the person in charge.

Who you are

We are looking for someone charismatic, career-driven, and can critically think. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Holds a postgraduate degree in any field or is currently pursuing one and at least 1 year of prior experience in a dispatch company
If the candidate does not have a graduate degree then at least 2 years of proven experience in a Dispatching company
Excellent English both verbal and written as all our Clients are native English speakers
Sharp, quick, and responsive
Have a polite and calm demeanor and know how to conduct yourself in an office environment
Have great time management skills and can work under pressure
Have good working knowledge of computers and equipment
A Team player but can work with little to no supervision
