- Track shipments and maintain accurate records
- Handle any issues or delays during transportation
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
