Telesales Representative

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by contacting potential clients, promoting our services, and securing bookings for hotels and transfers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential clients via phone to introduce our services and offerings.
Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies and other B2B clients.
Providing information about available hotels and transfer options.
Negotiating prices and terms to secure bookings.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of the travel industry and tourism trends is advantageous.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Female candidates residing in DHA Phase 2 are preferred.
