As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing products from suppliers around the world. You will work closely with our procurement and product development teams to ensure we meet our quality standards and cost targets. Your ability to negotiate, analyze market trends, and build strong supplier relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers to source products that meet our quality and cost requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the product development and procurement teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order management.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to product quality, delivery, or compliance.
Maintain accurate records of supplier information, product specifications, and pricing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sourcing software/tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
