The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services.

3- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.

4- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Office setting; may include remote work options.

  • Hours: Full-time/Part-time; may require occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
