We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Counselor to join our Study Abroad Project team in Peshawar. This role involves recruiting students for study programs in Germany and France. The ideal candidate should be a team player, capable of taking initiatives, and driven to elevate the market to the next level.
Candidate must be smart and proactive individual for this role who can make a significant impact and drive positive changes.
Location: Peshawar, Pakistan
Focus: Student Recruitment for Germany and France
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counselling:
- Provide personalized counseling to students and their families about study options in Germany and France.
- Assist students with the application process, including university selection, application submission, and visa requirements.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies:
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract students to study abroad programs.
- Utilize social media, educational fairs, and partnerships with local schools and colleges.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on educational opportunities and trends in Germany and France.
- Analyze the preferences and needs of prospective students in Pakistan.
- Building Partnerships:
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities in Germany and France.
- Collaborate with educational consultants and agents to expand the recruitment network.
- Organizing Events and Workshops:
- Plan and conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to engage potential students.
- Participate in local educational fairs and expos to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback from students to refine counseling and recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in international education and student mobility.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Counselling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student counseling, recruitment, or educational consulting is preferred or any service industry office-based work experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
