- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the industrial manufacturing plant.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle recovery of overdue payments from clients, implement payment plans, and resolve payment disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor receivables, track payment status, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for sales forecasting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and production, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales and recovery strategies accordingly.
