3D Animation Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated 3D Animation Designer to join our team at our Gulberg III office in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Onsite 3D Animation Designer, you will play a key role in creating captivating and visually stunning animations for various projects. You will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality animations that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.

2. Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for 3D animations that align with project briefs and objectives.

3. Create high-quality 3D animations using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.

4. Develop storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualization materials to plan and visualize animation sequences.

5. Utilize a variety of animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and more.

6. Ensure animations are delivered on time and meet project deadlines.

7. Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine animations and achieve desired results.

8. Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a 3D animator or animation designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.

2. Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.

3. Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual communication.

4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to life through animation.

5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

7. Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).

8. Willingness to work onsite at our Gulberg III office in Lahore, Pakistan.
