Responsibilities, Requirements, and Skills:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Ensure the self-importation tasks are performed promptly.
Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
Any knowledge of Descartes software would be a plus.
Training will be provided.
Knowledge of Incoterms and import-export operations would be a plus.
Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferred.
Advanced command of written and spoken English to coordinate with US-based colleagues.
Bilingual with written and spoken command of the Spanish language will be preferred.
Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
Keep logs and records.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Must be able to write SOPs and procedures.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.

Additional Information:

A laptop and cell phone bill will be provided for a suitable candidate.
Fixed medical encashment will be provided every quarter.
Since this position requires working with a US company, the job timing is from 4 PM onwards.
The job is five days a week with occasional work on weekends.
We seek a long-term commitment from candidates.
The starting salary is Rs 40,000 to 70,000, depending on experience.
