Django Developer

Folium AI is seeking a highly skilled Django Developer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the Django Framework and Python.
Lead a team of three developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivity.
Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define application requirements and desired user experiences.
Implement new features and enhancements based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate collaboration and future development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote best practices in coding and design.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Django and web development.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Maintain and optimize existing applications, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.
