What will you do :

  • You will make bookings and assist customers over the phone, email, and WhatsApp chat channels.
  • Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, and upgrades as needed.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, and tickets
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Experience Required :

  • You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience of working as a travel agent.
  • Working experience of a GDS (e.g Travelport and Amadeus), Airline Reservations, Airline Ticket desk

Hours: Monday – Friday  1pm- 10pm
