Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products or services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
Knowledge of inventory management and pricing negotiation.
Proficient in using email and live chat platforms for customer communication.
