=We are seeking an Amazon Brand Specialist to manage our Amazon portfolio and lead product launches. Responsibilities include product optimization, marketing strategy development, customer service enhancement, and sales improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for our brand on Amazon.
Lead new product launches.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost sales.
Analyze market trends to inform marketing tactics.
Communicate with operations to streamline supply chain processes.
Understand the Amazon algorithm to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and improve product listings and ratings.
Implement Amazon SEO strategies for improved visibility.
Oversee promotional campaigns.
Respond to customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in Amazon e-commerce.
Knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace protocols.
Analytic ability to review sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and relevant software.
Exemplary project management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Schedule:
40 hours per week (Mondays to Fridays)
12PM to 9PM Philippine Time
