The ideal candidate will have a technical background combined with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. The candidate shall be responsible for understanding customer needs and contributing to the growth of our BESS market in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for BESS products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Sales Activities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers, including industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Present technical solutions and prepare customized proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their technical queries and concerns.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, emphasizing the benefits of BESS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' products to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer demands, and potential product improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related management field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in battery solutions or renewable energy systems.
  • Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems or renewable energy technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of energy storage systems and their applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
