Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager with our furniture manufacturing client.
Duties:
- The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of production processes, products, and final output.
- He / She will develop testing procedures, conduct quality inspections, analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality standards and measures.
- The Quality Assurance Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field10 year experience with at least 5 years as a Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
