This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and implementing performance management strategies.
Qualifications
- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
- Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in Performance Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
