We are currently seeking Application Analyst (Professional Services) to join our Islamabad office. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, QA skills, and client interaction capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Configure solutions in CCM software to meet client requirements
Perform thorough testing/ QA to ensure the delivery of error-free solutions.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in IT, Telecom, or a related field with a 3+ CGPA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Both experienced and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
