Recently, FGK Back Office Services (Private) Limited contracted with a growing Asset Management company based in London. We, at FGK have been providing Back Office services to our clients that includes but not limited to Data Entry & Analytics, Account reconciliations, transaction processing, and Updating Portfolio accounts.
Therefore, to execute these tasks we require a Financial Data Analyst to join a high-performing and professional Operations team at Islamabad.
- Prepare data structures, refine, and categorize data with respect to investment portfolios requirements.
- Collect data from multiple sources and aligning it on a uniform basis to keep it compatible and consolidate and prepare meaningful data analysis.
- Manual downloading of bulk reports from different system and categories it in meaningful data for the use of stakeholder.
- Check and monitor the data feeds.
- Input and update the manual prices for the relevant securities.
- Maintain the correct categorization of securities.
- Provide data statistics and analysis on monthly basis or as required by the management.
- Monitor the KYC module and notify compliance of any upcoming expiration of documents.
- Highlight errors and inefficiencies in the system and perform necessary changes to remove errors.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as per business requirements.
- Investigate data/performance-related queries raised by the team.
- Produce weekly meeting minutes for the team meeting.
- Continuously work on improving the data workflows across various departments.

Skill Sets Required
- Qualified to graduate level from a recognised university with majors in Financial Data Management/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Management.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience of handling and working on bulk and unstructured data, data visualization at a banking or financial institution or finance department of reputed organization.
- A strong knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel Advance Level, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good working knowledge of Data Management tools.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience of working on any management software or Accounting Software or Data Management System.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Self-starter and motivated
- Willing to work as part of a team,
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- A person with an intelligent working style & habits.
Other Information
- Other Benefits: EOBI, Gratuity and Medical Insurance IPD only.
- Office timings: Winter: 10:00AM to 07:00PM & Summer: 09:00AM to 06:00AM as per Pakistani Standard time (PST).
