We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients and new prospects, with the goal of generating leads and driving sales.
This position requires excellent spoken English skills and is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication abilities and a passion for helping customers find the best security solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing clients and new prospects to promote our security camera installation services.
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, answer questions, and address client concerns with clarity and professionalism.
Schedule appointments for consultations and installations, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to sale.
Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product offerings and ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fluent spoken English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of security systems and CCTV cameras is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
