Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent specializing in cold calling, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our trucking services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients. You will identify and connect with decision-makers, present our value proposition, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in need of trucking services across various industries.

Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our trucking services and generate interest.

Client Engagement: Effectively communicate our service offerings, benefits, and value proposition to potential clients.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of potential clients.

Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and results.
