Urgently required Food Technologist / Production Incharge with having strong background in Bakery items Production.

As a Food Technologist and Production charge, you ensure that food is safe, wholesome, and correctly labeled and packaged. Typically your work is in one or more privately owned food processing/production plants, where you inspect day-to-day operations.

For example in a Fast-food Production Unit you have to check all meat and ingredients of recipes are accurately maintained and used according to international and company standards.

Food Technologists make sure that all units operate within certain standards for sanitation, hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) plan, and processing. In addition, a food technologist monitors other aspects of unit operations that relate to consumer protection and food costing perspective.

A food technologist makes sure that to conduct tests and recognize hazards.
