- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure smooth and profitable running, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Engage in public relations, business promotion, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.
- Review and accurately execute physician’s prescriptions.
- Organize the pharmacy to facilitate easy and fast identification of products.
- Maintain control over the delivery, stocking, and labeling of medicines and other products, ensuring their condition is regularly monitored to prevent expiry or deterioration.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, interpreting their needs, and offering advice on pharmaceutical products.
- Keep accurate records of patient histories and monitor the administration of heavy medications.
- Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations, safety standards, and hospital procedures.
Education: Pharm D
Experience: Over 5 years in a relevant field with a proven track record in pharmacy management
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary based on qualifications, experience, and skill set.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm
