Handle the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
Work directly with Head of Departments.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.
Responsible for Performance Evaluations and KPIs setting by working directly with Head of Departments.
Addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment
Process payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
Coordinate and manage training and development programs to foster employee growth and address skill gaps.
Oversee current HR files and databases, employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained timely.
Delegating tasks to administrative assistants.
Monitoring and overall supervision of domestic workers.
Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide consistent HR support to managers and employees.

Important Information:

Compensation: The salary package is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.
Location: Korangi Creek, Karachi (near The Indus Hospital).
Working Hours: The position requires full-time commitment with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
