We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets in the healthcare industry, preferably in dental services. This is a senior-level role requiring strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to maximize clinic revenue.
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets through patient acquisitions and corporate partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clinic’s patient base.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance patient retention, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Drive promotional activities, patient engagement programs, and targeted outreach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine business growth tactics.
- Work closely with management to ensure sales efforts align with the clinic’s long-term vision.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development and sales
- Proven track record of consistently achieving financial targets.
- Prior experience in the healthcare/dental industry is preferred.
