PKR. 30,000 - 35,000/Month
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.
- Call Customers for Etisalat Postpaid plans.
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new service offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales Representative
- Graduation in Marketing or similar/relevant field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Networking aptitude
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 Plus Sales Comission
