We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information on products/services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide solutions within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Salary is fixed at 32000/-
