Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • BS Hons/ 4 years bachelors/ Masters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent costumer services and convincing skills
  • Computer and Digital literacy
  • Excellent Costumer Relation Management
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be responsible, punctual, committed, confident, result oriented, honest, hard working and flexible attitude

Duties:

  • Dealing with students on phone, email, social media, website, and replying them
  • Attending visitors with professional behavior
  • Make calls to inquiries and provide relevant information and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Consult students on career choice, course selection, and university selection
  • Assist students with visa application and documentation and interview preparation.
  • Achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the growth of company.
  • Handle the process and cases of students with extreme care and costumer services
