Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of software development projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate resources, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record of managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Any relevant certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies would be advantageous.
Project Management:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Version Control:
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
