Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support with employee relations tasks, such as processing paperwork, maintaining employee files, and addressing basic employee inquiries.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions and helping them navigate benefit options.
  • Help with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, or company events.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
