Cold Calling Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in our sales funnel by making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify potential customers, and set appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify and target potential customers who align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Utilize a provided call script to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients over the phone.
Overcome objections and skillfully handle call reluctance to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Accurately record all call details and customer information in our CRM system.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
Strive to exceed daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemarketing, sales development, or customer service role
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with strangers over the phone
Strong English verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
