Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential customers that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, attending industry events, and leveraging social media to reach new prospects.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals.
Communicate the value proposition of our products or services clearly and persuasively through presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Effectively qualify leads and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team for further nurturing and deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and contribute to the development and analysis of sales pipelines.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BDO, sales development, or account management role
Strong understanding of the sales process and B2B sales methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM platform (a plus)
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
