As an IT Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. You will troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and ensure a smooth operation of IT systems to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Requirements:
