We are looking for a motivated Telecommunications Agent to join our dynamic team at our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our telecommunications products and services.
- Assist customers with service installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunications role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
