We are looking for a skilled Manager of Finance to oversee all aspects of our financial activities and ensure the long-term financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
