Freight Forwarding Agent

We are a dynamic and growing company, specializing in global logistics and supply chain solutions. Our mission is to provide efficient, reliable, and tailored freight forwarding services to clients around the world. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Freight Forwarding Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the logistics of shipments by air, sea, road, and rail
Manage documentation for customs clearance, import/export compliance, and other shipping requirements
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies to provide updates and support
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and freight activities
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Word
