We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven 5 years experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
