Call Center Agent

Join our team as a Call Center Agent in our call center. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries efficiently purely in English language.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products/services.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is desired but not required.
Willingness to work in night shift and weekends.
