Timing & Days:
- 6pm to 4am
- Monday to Saturday
Compensation: Commission-Based
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce F16 Media LLC's services.
- Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and qualify leads.
- Present and explain the benefits of our lead generation services.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage potential clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
