Position Summary:
We are looking for a fresh, dynamic female graduate to join our team as a Business Development Lead. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the training sector.
- Develop strategies to capture market demands and expand the client base.
- Create and manage advertisements for various training programs
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase product visibility.
- Design and deliver compelling presentations to attract potential clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients in achieving their training and certification goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of sample questions for training programs.
- Collaborate with the training facilitation team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support the training facilitation team in organizing and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to capture and respond to market demands. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating advertisements and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in developing and managing databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
- Proactive, energetic, and dynamic personality.
