We are seeking an Assistant Manager Retail to oversee store operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the retail outlet, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and address escalated issues.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Assist in maintaining store visual outlet standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management. Fresh Graduates can also apply.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail software.
