We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with a strong background in the textile sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data with accuracy and speed and possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, sales, and production in company databases.
- Maintain organized and error-free records for audits and reports.
- Generate, analyze, and share Excel-based reports and data summaries.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and organize digital and physical records for easy accessibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the textile industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or textile-specific software such as G TECH is a plus.
