Food Technologist (Dairy Products)

As a Dairy Food Technologist, you will be responsible for the research, development, production, and quality assurance of dairy products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative dairy formulations, optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Conduct research and develop new dairy products or improve existing formulations.
Formulate recipes, considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional content, and shelf-life.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality control protocols throughout the production process.
Conduct regular quality checks, sensory evaluations, and microbiological testing of dairy products.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal quality assurance procedures.

Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer preferences in dairy products.
Conduct research and development projects to innovate new products or improve existing ones.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore new technologies and ingredients.
