We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Deputy Manager Spinning to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee yarn sample development, quality monitoring, and floor operations while ensuring compliance with international standards, fostering team development, and supporting ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate yarn sample development, maintain records, and ensure quality inspections while adhering to international safety standards.
Monitor and report on quality parameters, manage documentation and address yarn quality complaints.
Spend time on the spinning floor to ensure spin-plan execution, assist with audits, and maintain inter-departmental coordination.
Lead team development through training, staying updated on advancements, and supporting managerial tasks and operational goals.
Support the integration of ERP for all departments, addressing and mitigating any errors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 4-6 years in a spinning department within a textile unit.

Education: B.S. in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology from an HEC-recognized institute.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in advanced Excel reporting and ERP systems, with knowledge of Power BI tools.
Strong ability to work with simulated reports, datasheets, and internal software.

General Skills:

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Professional email and dossier writing ability.
Effective listening and technical knowledge absorption.
