• Managing e-commerce functions such as conversion optimization, acquisition and lead generation assistance, site content updates, page and product management, inventory management, and user flow/customer experience oversight.
  • Overseeing the digital customer experience, which includes but is not limited to order lookup and customer service queries, organizing transactional and relationship emails, giving FAQs, overseeing digital properties, and managing all post-transactional activities.
  • Responsible for maximizing on-site income as well as upsell/cross-sell/AOV.
  • Classifying the projects that serve DHG's business goals and activities, develop, and implement.
  • Collaborating with e-commerce Digital Director Stakeholders to develop project success criteria, benchmark KPIs, and track progress against those KPIs.
  • Project planning includes process flow diagrams, use cases, current/future state diagrams, and functional and technical requirements are all developed.
  • Ensuring project success, lead cross-functional teams that include stakeholders and the team regularly.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed successfully, including managing timetables, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical routes, and resource restrictions.
  • Keeping project plans up to date.
  • Monitoring and measuring project processes and activities to quickly detect and report any concerns, hazards, or difficulties, as well as provide corrective action alternatives and a path to resolution.
  • Preparing go/no-go checklists and contingency plans for the launch.
  • If required, escalating schedule delays caused by e-commerce concerns and dangers.
  • When necessary, work with internal stakeholders and team members while determining project priorities and workload.
  • Reviewing vendor performance ratings on projects and providing direction and coaching to the project team's Business Analysts.
  • Working with the Marketing Director to ensure that marketing and website activities are linked and that lead generation is optimized in a learning and collaborative environment.
  • Conducting a post-project evaluation and learning from your mistakes.
  • Keep updating with e-commerce trends and opportunities.
  • Fulfilling other responsibilities as assigned.
