As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and revenue growth of our company by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products and services. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate persuasively, and navigate online platforms will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients on Bark platform.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly, initiate conversations, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression.
  • Proactively search for relevant projects and opportunities on Bark, identifying potential clients who require our products or services.
  • Utilize your experience and expertise to filter through projects and focus on high-quality leads.
  • Develop compelling and tailored proposals for potential clients that highlight our strengths, unique selling points, and how our offerings meet their specific needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate project terms, pricing, and contract details to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company, while adhering to company pricing guidelines.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by effectively showcasing the value we provide.
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the Bark and Upwork platforms to adapt sales strategies accordingly and stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, proposals, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Sales Specialist on Bark.
  • In-depth knowledge of the features, policies, and algorithms of Bark.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of closing deals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company (provide details of the products or services).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including international time zones if required.

Note: it’s an onsite & third Shift job and candidate must be fluent in English.
